Workspace Platform
Two s1 views looking down at the platform. On the left is the coffee table area and then the archway down to the Autopsy Room. To the right is Tosh's desk, a space where the stairs around the fountain come up, and then Owen's desk. At the back is the doorway into Jack's office. Note the three grills in the floor of the platform. These seem to have vanished in s2, replaced by more the the yellow 'safety' paint, also seen in the new look side area.
S2 images taken from different angles to the above, in which the space between the two desk areas can be more clearly seen, as well as the s2 changes to the floor. The stairs to the left in the second picture go up to the balconies.

And here it is in s2. It doesn't seem so associated with Owen anymore and may well have been taken over by Gwen, who is seen working here several times. Owen has the Autopsy Room and Lab/Greenhouse for his work, perhaps.
