The Balconies
Looking up at the balcony that runs all the way round from above the mystery exit, to the Boardroom, and even continues on a little way on the other side of the boardroom. Note the existence of a second balcony above the Boardroom. Note also the porthole like thing on the wall to the right of the picture. There are actually two of those. (s1)
In s1, the coffee area was located just outside the boardroom. Note that, in the second picture, it can be seen that the stairs leading up to the side of the workspace platform continue up to the far end of the balcony. The mural can just about be seen beyond Ianto's head.

The Hub wall and therefore the balcony itself turns in a slight angle here, just before the doors, and the mural is painted across the corner.

Another s2 shot, this one taken from around the side of the fountain. Note the porthole like things have green lights within them, which I don't think they ever had in s1. Also visible are two higher balconies.
